J Boogie Love Photography

I was born in Vancouver, Canada, then moved to New York City in the mid 90's. As the Mecca of culture, NYC became the perfect place for me to delve into the arts, fashion, music and entertainment world. For many decades I have been shaped and molded by the spirit and essence of the arts and cultural expression. This love inspired me to pursue travel world wide to almost 100 nations all over Africa, Asia, Europe and the Americas. Since young I have been documenting life through a camera and fell passionately in love with the Art of Photography and capturing the beauty of people, cultures and of the nuances of our world. Most importantly, I have developed a natural eye to capture each moment in authenticity. I hold an undeniable capacity to harness the art of storytelling through visuals and energy. Each shot I take has a personal touch that is brought into memory. Interaction with my muse or my subject...is key.  I consider myself to be a visual storyteller, documenting life experiences through imagery. It's never for the glory, just for the story.
